Duncan founded Kea Real Estate to act on his vision that excellence in commercial real estate requires both a multi-disciplinary approach and a pragmatic, occupier-led use of technology . He leads both Kea's pre-seed/angel investing activity as well as our strategic real estate advisory business.

Outside of his role at Kea Real Estate, Duncan serves as a pro bono strategic adviser to UK charities through the Pilotlight platform. He is currently assigned to a volunteer team advising St Marys, a North London charity providing access to skills and confidence building activities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Prior to founding the firm Duncan spent nearly twenty years in the asset and wealth management industry, with a specialisation in real estate and private equity fund investments located in Europe, North America and Asia.

Duncan holds an MSt in Interdisciplinary Design in the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
